We are very proud at CFO- Calgary Fleet Outfitters to start a new program that we
hope to run every year.
One of our teammates, comes from Imo State Nigeria and he sends containers of goods back through out the year. From clothing to appliances, anything to help his people.
He mentioned how sending bikes back to his home land would really change lives.
Instead of carrying water from their water source to their homes, a bicycle could save them so much time and effort as small trailers or wagons can be towed behind the bike , relieving so much work from the people.
He also mentioned , there are so many kids that have never even rode a bike and only dream of doing so.
Some of my favorite memories when I was a kid was going all over on my bike , exploring and hanging around with my friends.
This all started this campaign ,
We collected close to 100 bikes, one wheelchair, a pile of scooters, some strollers .

For 2019 we are doing a fund raising drive , to collect money so we can buy new bikes over in Imo State as we found out that it is more effective to purchase the bicycles there that it was to send bike over.
